Into 2017, along with "Acoustic" dates. All with Richie
This is ridiculous

From FaceTube!
'NOT The Last Night Of The Electrics'...
Following the incredible reaction and success of the current European Tour and as a result of requests from fans and promoters alike, Quo are delighted to announce that the Last Night of the Electrics tour will be extended into 2017, initially visiting territories not included on the current tour. The tour - which will continue to feature guest guitarist Richie Malone - will run alongside a series of Aquostic shows already planned for 2017. Watch this space for further details!
(Though this may be away of extending the current band until Rick is able to return and play electric again)

I've had a look at the official announcement which makes no mention of Rick. But I didn't think it would. I suspect a) Rick's health is now too fragile. And b) Rick wouldn't/couldn't go back for personal reasons. But I maybe wrong.
If they do go to other countries and never return to the UK as an electric band, then they sort of get away with it. But if they play another winter tour here... and those higher ticket prices for the final tour they sold.... that's what gets my goat as much as them continuing.
And its hard to feel any sympathy about them getting old if they keep going like this. Or maybe they're going to blame Brexit and Trump winning which might jeopardise their pensions.
Bu what do I care, I'm not going anyway...

I'm sorry but have you seen those reviews on quo's homepage? 'The quo hits sound sharp and hard like in their glory days' and 'quo play harder and rougher than before'
Are you kidding me??!!!!

And what is this 'incredible' reaction? Another quote 'Francis Rossi put his band back on track'

Would be funny if people demanded refunds for false advertising...
Two times in the one tour...Advertising Rick, when he wasn't going to be there and saying it's gonna be the last electric tour, when it isn't
Francis Rossi is genuinely the most hidden, strangest, split personality driven(two faced) person I've ever come across. He doesn't even want to keep playing. Porter must be some mind changer

It was briefly Quo again in 2013/14,how could Rossi turn his back on that reaction from the fans and press alike.?? Oh I know,it's because he's now in total control of a band he formed with his childhood friend, then shafted him and then his other mate(the blonde one). Completely driven by £££ and screwing the fans for every last penny. The other guys are all great musicians in CQ but this is not SQ,even if it says so on your tickets it really is now as much Quo as JCs band. Cheers

Francis Rossi: The man who in 1984 said that he felt physically unable to tour anymore but somehow found strength to tour again once Alan had left in '86. Fast forward to 2016 and they are too old to tour anymore but guess what?:Rick is no longer in the band and Rossi has made his second miraculous recovery.........

At the time it was announced in 2012, the Frantic Four reunion was billed as a one-off, never to be repeated. Then, by "overwhelming demand", there was a 2014 FF tour. I didn't read any criticism of that.
Now we're told that the "Last Night of the Electrics" tour is rolling into 2017 by "overwhelming demand". So what makes this "overwhelming demand" so wrong?
