That is the correct answer. The reason I came up with 24 is because I added 4 to 20 instead of multiplying by 4.

How? here is the math:
15 plus 15 = 30 therefore 1/2 =15
10 plus 10 = 20 therefore 1/2 =10
4 plus 4 = 8 therefore 1/2 = 4
therefore: 15 plus 10 multiplied by 4 = 100
