For the first time in years I'm going to a record shop today to physically buy a record on the day of release.
I'm buying RAOTW only for now until I see what others say about the bonus stuff and the mastering but I'm really looking forward to hearing the remix/remaster.
End of personal odyssey for m - RAOTW was the first studio album released by Quo after I got into them and I was so disappointed. Now I want to hear if there really is something in there which was lost for all of the reasons we all know about.
Rockers Rollin' with some bottom end - I hope so!!!!!

I've just listened to the all new deluxes, and sound quality of the new dublin 73 and olympia 75 is terrible ☹

Hopefully all 3 will be arriving today, although they are available on streaming sites to listen to. I'm disappointed but not surprised to hear about the sound quality of the live recordings. I don't care about the Hello 'bonus' tracks.
The only thing I'll be playing is the John Eden remix and hopefully there will be a vinyl version for Record Store Day next year.

thanks for the Infos...
shame about the Quality about the live tracks... just like the Sydney '74 from the Live! Box set ... Why bother putting these on, I ask? I've heard lots and lots of better bootlegs! Just for the sake of a Bonus CD to justify another purchase? I wonder how many people, who don't know about this (that it's actually a bootleg - because it says NOWHERE, not on the CD, not on the press release), will be thinking that they were fooled... OK, one track from a bootleg as a Bonus track for the sake of history, like IIRM/GGH from Dublin '73 is ok.... but more than 90% of the whole Bonus CD?!?
I'll be getting RAOTW immediately, though - was looking forward to it!

I'm getting the Rocking remix today as I remember buying the original album in Nov 77 and then taking it back next day to replace it, as it sounded terrible. I even replaced my expensive shure stylus, thinking that was damaged. So 38 years later, I hope and wonder. I'm not wasting my money on the Hello! & Quo Deluxe albums with the bonus inferior live tracks and other boring release's. I'm hoping for the full Southend '75 gig as a bonus for the On The Level Deluxe CD, but we will probably get an accoustic version of Down Down and a poor quality live version of Little Lady/Most Of The Time recorded on a Phillips C60 cassette.

Anyone found copies of Rockin in a shop anywhere near Halifax? I ordered one thru HMV but they don't have it yet. No wonder the music industry is dying!

What's wrong with 4 days? FOUR days is shit, just about everything you buy these days is next day delivery or at the very worst the day after. To publish a release date, sell the vast majority via mail order and then tell the mail order customers they wont get delivery until four days after release is pretty shit - it's even worse when the mail order company is actually the record company!
If delivery was going to take four days they should have been posted out three days before the release date, simple as that.

My neighbour had a problem with Argos fast track delivery service, order before 6pm and you receive your goods by 10pm the same day. He ordered at 3:30 on Tuesday it arrived Thursday at 7pm

I'll go with that. Especially if you paid the shipping fee.
