Yes fair. He's the boss. I bet if Rhino had his way the current line-up would play all sorts of tracks from across the years. He's the only one stopping more frantics gigs. He's the one keeping the band going. If it hadn't been for him there would have been no FF reunion.

When I pay money for anything...I am owed something...but I can't be arsed to bite more than that That may be the case, BUT, you keep telling us you aren't going to see CQ any more and you aren't buying their releases; that being the case you aren't paying any money so they don't in fact owe you anything. Never ever said I would not buy releases.... and the answer refers to anyone that pays their money is entitled to what they pay for....and that's why less and less and less go and see him, cause he does not give his money's worth and does not give them what he owes them, or me, if I choose to go...

Like Powerage says, he is the only one preventing more FF and I haven't heard one reason for his doing this that stands up to scrutiny IMO.

He was the driving force behind the reunion and he helped Alan through the first tour. It was Francis who kept an eye on Alan to see how he was coping and it was Francis who adjusted his plectrum when necessary.

But, I'd like to think that if I could bring an immense amount of pleasure to many thousands of people, have a great time doing it, earn myself a six figure sum and enable a couple of (comparatively) hard-up childhood friends to do the same, then I would.

And it was Francis that was counting the pound notes as he was considering FF13. And it was Francis who was, possibly, potentially and probably trying to deal with guilt pangs simultaneously.

"Scruitiny" Christ is he in the dock now. If someone in his position puts comments about sensitive issues in to the public domain then why shouldn't they be scrutinised and debated? In any case, I simply meant that I didn't believe his reasons when I said that they didn't stand up to scrutiny.

Francis gets slated for being frank about money but have you never paused to think who needs money most? Rick is the one who frittered his money away and did the extra Rock meets Classic gigs, who has gone into the estate agency business and does dodgy deals for pans in car parks.

Course it's fair.
He presents a product, to the public and just like everything else, if people don't like it they will criticise it.
Why does he get the brunt of it? Well, he's the boss. He makes the decisions
He wanted this position so tough shit. It comes with the territory.
U2, The Killers, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles etc are criticised equally (members wise)for their music because they are bands that stick together or were bands who stuck together. I don't see Bono coming out trying to get rid of Larry Mullen or Plant trying to shaft Page
