I hope so...but have no faith...and Mr Porter hasn't yet responded to my open letter...so I have no further insight Hell will freeze over before SP responds to your post DQ! The accoustic tour will freeze over, then Simon will respond to DQ with another Quo-(ff) farewell reunion tour.

Does it involve Alan & John? Yes Fantastic! That makes me think there may be some light at the end of the tunnel and a chance to say goodbye to my heroes properly. Thanks for sharing.

It involves ex-members in a way you have never seen them before.......... The only thing I can think of is that old idea that has been talked about a few times, when different ex members take their turn to play on stage. But I guess in reality it would be something like a farewell show with CQ and then Alan & John come back on for the encore.

I saw that show in Leeds. So glad I got the chance to see them. Joe Walsh had his own little bit, and they brought back Bernie Leadon for a few songs. It was a world class show: 8pm til well after 11pm. Quality. I only got into Eagles because of Rossi.

I would like to see Alan and John as I've seen them before - ie on stage with Rick, Frame and Bob - full stop. Or on the cover of a new studio album. Its the most obvious and popular solution, but seemingly the most elusive!

Its a loss unless its Alan and John back for a few more gigs. Who cares about CQ...really, what is their mark on the music world???
