My copy of Just Sayin’ arrived today!
I’lll edit this as more thoughts come to me but there are some insanely catchy songs on this album.
Never Too Old is already fan favourite live with its call and response. I needed the inlay card for the line “ from Adelaide to Sebastopoll”..,I could never make that out!!
Wizzie Lizzie La reminds me of Lucille and is just a great uplifting tune - it’s so feel good it’s unbelievable. Has a hippy hippy shake feel too.
My Side of the Road is a super shuffle .
One Way to roll is a bluesy shuffle -about growing old disgracefully…..I couldn’t help but smile and think of Rick listening to this one !!
Hard Drinking woman is a really driving rocker with a brilliant riiff running throughout.
More thoughts to come as i listen in the coming days

Postman has just been, No:51/100.
The green vinyl is more like hi-viz yellow with a green tinge.
CD is 098.
I will give it a listen later.

It's seriously Railtrack worker in a tunnel greenish yellow. Caught in a searchlight. I haven't played the CD yet. I've only just got it onto iTunes and my iPhone. And, being the pedant that I am, I couldn't quite get the scanned artwork straight. So that's taken me another 10 minutes But I already know the 4 from the sampler. I shall revert with thoughts. But I'm confident. His albums have all been first class.

CD 143. I've only heard it the once but I like it. Various influences (50s, 60s, bit of rock), clever lyrics - Rhino's always are, a bit of cheek - Rossi on Never Too Old To Rock And Roll, and a load of fun. Recommended.

CD 38 for me. Enjoying it so far. Sadly it has the typically flat Mike Paxman production though.

This will put the cat amongst the pigeons then....? The Album is so good when Francis calls it a day will Rhino carry on as he his or go out as Rhino's Quo with the other members....? Just a question so don't bite my head off.

Just played it all the way through. I love it! Highlight on first listen (so it may change in time) is Taking Care Of Mary, which is a cracker, but I also love the 60's groovy cat vibe of Caravan Man. There's some very, very good playing on this album. Take a bow, especially Mr E, Freddie and Craig Joiner. The album has now replaced Hackney Diamonds as the mainstay of my playlist.

The one that did it for me is: So vintage 70s you wouldn't believe it.

There's a review in the new classic rock, gets 6 out of 10.
As with the other two albums before this, there's 3 or 4 I like. My side of the road would slot nicely onto a Quo album, while taking care of Mary is a really good song
