This will actually be the longest hiatus I've had not seeing band since I first saw them in 1872. Haven't seen them live since the end of 2017 so I dare say it'll be close on 4 years before I do. If I do. The previous longest gap was 2 years back in the late 70's and early 80's. But I'm actually getting too old to bother all that much. The travelling has become a complete ball-ache with airport security, traffic jams (see what I did there? ) and a $hit rail service. And goodness knows what new restrictions will be in place next year. I may stay in and wash my hair

I can’t imagine any of the dates are going ahead as per usual with Quo it will probably be all last minute they tell the fans.Should have toured last year to promote the album. Social distancing at Croydon will be fun,the hags will riot that they can’t steal people’s seats down the front Cheers

I've tickets for Berlin in November. German ticket suppliers have emailed me a couple of times to say that the decision on cancellation has yet to be confirmed and that they'd keep me updated. These tickets are still on sale. I don't hold out much hope, but the German dates being cancelled claim isn't accurate at this point in time. Not sure where that came from. I saw it a while back but can't remember where. But ta for the info

Not sure where that came from. I saw it a while back but can't remember where. But ta for the info The website for the venue in Berlin quotes the last German government directive on indoor concerts (June 2020) as being that they are forbidden for attendances over 1000 until 24 October 2020. I suspect a review will be due soon and the ban most likely extended. Things aren't looking too rosy across Europe right now, though it's still nearly 4 months away.

I cannot see any gatherings for 1000 and over at any music event this side of the new year. I feel sorry for any band as touring and gigs are the only way they can realistically survive financially. I have missed my live Quo (JCQ and decent tribute bands only) fix, that I am thinking about going to see Francis Rossis Quo if they play the Hammy. And I have not seen said band since 2012,apart from the Acoustic gig at the Roundhouse!

Down to the Promoters cancelling first I assume? Like when Rick was incapacitated, the threat of being sued? But even so, seriously by now, the Tour should have at least been rescheduled to at least next Summer at the earliest?? (We were also due to see Paul Weller in Oct this year, those gigs were rescheduled around 6 weeks ago to next June/July)
