Will the RTYD day stuff be without Chris Tarrant talking all through ? Whilst I really hope so, given last form on Quo releases, it wouldn’t surprise me if it was lifted from the tv ! I’m hoping there is t a missed opportunity here as I think they played tbe Price of Love in full at Sheffield ? Plus they played Let’s Work Together in Glasgow Should be without Tarrant as I sent them some sources for the 4 gigs. Price Of Love was played at the Sheffield gig and Let's Work Together was played at the Glasgow and Birmingham gigs. Let's Work Together and In The Army Now are going to be included with disc 3 as far as I know Cheers That's what happens when somebody like me puts it together! Sorry

Sorry you never know... it could happen. I know they're using the Army performance from the Brum gig instead so It can follow Whatever You Want and not be on it's own. I mentioned it today in my email to them. Price Of Love, Paper Plane and the Anniversary Waltz are the only things missing from those gigs now

Quoincidence Let's pray and pray it can be done! I also made some comments now. After all, when I put those lists together, I didn't know whether disc 3 would be a DVD, or even included at all, so there was some redundancy.

That, combined with the fact that the video didn't include all those tracks, probably didn't help my compilation. Do the songs you mentioned all exist in good sounding form?

Do the songs you mentioned all exist in good sounding form? well if they're using the full video formats of the gigs they have in their vaults, they will do The mix is a lot better than the VHS release which seemed to be drowned with reverb. Cheers

Is that the RTYD gig then? In that case, I agree with you. In my mind, it was actually from the December gig - same goes for the title track of the album which was actually played at those few gigs, as opposed to the short studio opening tape that you can hear on the reference disc (which I also got today).

Yeah, it's the Wembley gig from the event, which is also dated wrong on the back cover. 6th Dec 1991. I've also mentioned to them about including the duplicate of RTYD... not the best idea haha they didn't add it to the live set until 1992 which is odd but it's not present on any boots from 1991.

Well then you have different information than I have. The bootleg index only lists three versions of the song, all recorded at the end of 1991. This is also what's on setlist.fm

This is also what's on setlist.fm Must've been towards the end of the year it was added then, as it wasn't in the setlist in early December. Setlist.fm has it down for being played in Blackpool, and it wasn't. Just looking on deeppurplehub and it appears it was added to the set when Like A Zombie was dropped

www.freewebs.com/quolive/Seems I misremembered some things, but whatever. It seems the song was in the set in late 1991 and early 1992, then dropped, then came back in late 1993 and stayed until the end of 1994! It's clearly mentioned on the Blackpool gig, the last time they played Like a Zombie also, but the best version available should actually come from Madrid 1992.

Would love to know who the owner of the site is / was. Emailed them ages ago in hopes to some boots off of them, but they replied saying they don't do trading anymore, and that was it..
