Once you've all gained your breath back, there's plenty from around the world that'd love to hear/see some more of what appears to have been a sensational few days at Minehead.

RPJ posted a pic. Such an emotional yet amazing evening joining John Coughlan (sic), Alan Lancaster, Bob Young and Micky Moody on stage at the #Quovention, the fans reaction was totally mind blowing and something I shall remember for a very long time X

4th when you've had a kip, could you ID all the guys in the pic please? (I recognize the 2 3rd and 4th from the left, in case of any doubt.)

Bob Young (face hard to see on left), Rick Chase (bass player JCQ), Alan, John, Rick Parfitt Jnr, Mick Moody, Mick Hughes (rhythm guitarist with JCQ) My neighbours are having a humungous row and woke me up. (Its only verbal and not violent and they're in their 60s.)

Bob seems to have a "silmaril" upon his brow, which is appropriate considering he's a bit of a star and was always first up and last to bed That sounds like a re run of a conversation me and my mister had in a French hotel about his snoring some years back ...

Still on a high from the weekend! I was going to write a few more thoughts about the various bands, set lists and the wonderful Q&A's etc. but there is so much to catch up with.... posts on both boards, FB and youtube and I keep running out of time! But I will try to add bits and pieces over the next few days. I'll just add a little something about Young and Moody now....
Young and Moody and their whole band were amazing! No disrespect to the other bands on, but they were in a different league of musicians. I know they were very different and not every Quo fan's cup of tea but I could have just watched and listened to Micky play his guitar for ever, he was so awesome!
Great to see Bob 'winging it' as I think he said somewhere. I like his country version of Caroline!
And I loved their singer, very bluesy voice and she put so much power into the bluesy songs. It was very emotional during LOAI. I was holding it together but when she pointed to the sky at the end of it, I couldn't stop the tears.

A Young and Moody song from back in the day, Where else could you see the Nolans and Lemmy.
