Really like this track and the vocal interaction between Francis and Rick in the middle eight. Shame it never made the set at any point.

One of my favourites from the RAOTW album. This was the firsta album I bought so it always holds a special place. Love the remixed version.

One of the best vocals achievements ever from Frame and Rick, a marvellous song which became even better (lots better) in the John Eden remixed version!

One of the best vocals achievements ever from Frame and Rick, a marvellous song which became even better (lots better) in the John Eden remixed version! Better in ways, and ruined it in others. Still not over him removing the lead riff during the intro and just going for the chugging guitar & bass w/ Rossi's vocals. I get he was going for a build up into the song, but it's just not for me

I like this one as well. Definately better than Dirty Water which made the set, but I suppose Who Am I lacks the crowd interaction of that particular track.

Just rewatched the video and yeah that's the reason why. Somehow I missed that at the time. Tbh, I think he was using copy reels or even safety reels. The actual master tapes came from Rossi's home studio years ago and were sat in a lock-up with the rest of the material from his archive, so it couldn't have been those that were used. Still sat in their original Studio Bohus tape boxes as well, whereas from memory the ones John used were in metal tape tins - I couldn't find the video were he was unboxing them.

Big fan of this one, both the original and the remix. It's just an all round terrific song. I wonder how different things would have turned out had this been the single? Or any of the other tracks for that matter. Life is full of choices

I generally prefer the remixed album but it misses the opening solo a rare occasion where prefer the original version.,

Listened again to this today & all the remixed RAOTW album. Top quality & a vast improvement on the original. Would like to hear the same thing done to a few of the old Quo albums.
