I am not a great fan of the RAOTW album, but this is a brilliant track, either version.
One of the very few tracks worth the admission price.

I am not a great fan of the RAOTW album, but this is a brilliant track, either version. One of the very few tracks worth the admission price. And not a Quo composition either. Same writing partnership as Accident Prone and (I think) Bad Company. One is Pip Williams (obviously) and t'internet suggests the other is a Peter Hutchins who I am unfamiliar with. Maybe the band should have got them in for the Thirsty Work sessions Their record ain't at all bad

A jobbing writer who has co written songs for people like mud, sweet and Graham Bonnett and co written stuff with pip for other acts. Thanks for reminding me it isn’t band written song☺️☺️
