I just read Jimmy Page is going to be releasing even more old Led Zep stuff.
I thought all the recent remasters were supposed to have emptied the cupboard and there was no more.
He's been remastering things from at least 1990.
The bottom line is remasters are mostly just emporers new clothes.
Bonzo's Montreux was a crap song and it's still crap when it has been digitally remastered several times over.
I can't understand how he can be bothered with it all. His remastering career has been longer than his led zep career!
He doesn't need the money....

Now that the studio albums have been done, I heard he was moving onto doing some Yardbirds projects.
Though am hoping he opens the Zeppelin live vaults for a dirty great box set.

But we had 'How the West was won' and 'DVD' in 2003....
All the best songs were on there.
I suppose it's up to the consumer to choose to buy any more stuff from them.
Don't get me wrong, they're great. But they must hold some sort of world record for remastering, rereleasing, repackaging, rehashing.....
I would have thought Page would have got bored of it all now.

As long as the world has people going down in splits over brands, he will continue. The Zep brand is still a strong one, methinks?
