I understand. The MkII line up was the classic line up that really made the Deep Purple name - same as the Mk II line up made the Status Quo name. However, I have to admit my favourite "Purple" album is Come Taste The Band from the MkIV line up - which is probably akin to showing a preference for In The Army Now! It has an excellent companion album. Days may come and go, or something like that is the guitarists audition and jam sessions. Lovingly curated. It’s not my favourite but like it. Just rarely hits my turn table. "Lovingly curated." You've had the old prism out haven't you.

They played Glasgow last night. Ian Paice is looking rough. He had a mini stroke last year, hope he's ok now.
