I went to see my Dad yesterday and as JCQ were on close by in Nuneaton, I decided it would be rude not to go and see them again! 
Also, it was the nearest I got to see a Quo in my home town as I missed out on their tour in '74 when they played Coventry Theatre! JCQ were fab! Great to hear some songs that are not usually played like Claudie and All the Reasons. There was a good crowd and a lot of singing and rocking going on! Thanks John and the guys, it was great!
John also did a radio interview before and bless him got quite emotional when talking of getting the news about Rick. He also spoke about the tracks that Rick had recorded with Alan for the PLC project but sadly said that he hadn't put the drums on yet.... I hope that it does get completed as it would be a shame to just be left. Shame also that the third reunion was not to be..
I wonder if there is any chance of Francis playing on the tracks as well? I know it was originally a proposed collaboration for Rick, Alan and John, purely because Francis did not want to do any more, but in the spirit of reconciliation, would a third reunion on an ep be fitting? quorp quofr quojc quoal
