That was originally written as a Hawkwind song, a whole different ball park. IIRR Lemmy was also the vocalist on Silver Machine (another whole different ballpark.)

Lost Johnny is one of my all time favourites. It's hard to explain what it is, it might be some sense of longing, I don't know. I think there is something of "vulnerability" in Lost Johnny - something you don't hear too much from Motorhead. True, but there are some more imo, 1916 being one of them, also Too good to be true and All for you, at least lyric wise

As much as I definitely prefer the FF period, having being "born" to it, I still like enough of the CQ era on album to have interest in polls when they come along. I accept that many draw a mark in the sand though from varying points from the early 80's, and there is unlikely to be anyone motivated enough to do this and for it to be worthwhilet
On a separate note, and much more back on the topic, I cannot see a connection between Lets Ride and You Don't Own Me and Motorhead covering them. They sound too contemporary pop/rock orientated to me. But then I guess we all hear different things.

Sorry gates, I didn't have time to decide on this and missed out on the vote. Definitely would have included BB though
