A bland, no urgency, phoned-in performance. If only they put as much work in as they did nodding and winking to people in the crowd. And the write-up is laughable. Wonderful?

Embarrassing tbh....Richie fucking doing the pointing Laughable! Who is the main guy these days? Francis or Andrew? Because I can hear the keys up above the guitars and everything else. It started at Butlins and it's ending by sounding as if they never left Butlins

"I couldn't do that? Could you do that? How can they do that? Who are those guys?" Trenchcoat and Pint of bitter man comments on a strange band pretending to be Status Quo at the 02 2016
"They're beginning to get on my nerves" "Who are those guys"

Always nice to have an official release of a gig I've attended, so looking forward to the full DVD release. From the look of this clip, it's a professional recording and should reflect well the big audience and decent Quo performance on the night (though as I said in my reviews from that tour, this gig wasn't the best night of the tour for me).

I don't have enough enthusiasm (or negativity) for CQ to watch these clips or give an opinion. But I do agree with others who say that the image of Quo used just doesn't look like Quo.
Actually, the demise of Quo's amazing image has been a long and painful death. I found much of it even more painful that the worst of the music.
Album covers like AC and DS caused me severe wincing. Dreamin on TOTP. Severe naffness like UTI, 4thchord, QPQ etc
Other bands, eg Stones, Metallica, Maiden etc etc...work hard to visually remain the same band. For some reason Quo have tried really hard to destroy the bands own image....seemingly oblivious to just how cool they looked from 70-84

After the removal of the 2 moustaches and introduction of a ponytail, anything was possible...even a ballerina.

Wow people still getting steamed up about a 50 year old band that is 36+ years past its prime. It would be bloody funny if it wasn't so bloody sad.
