Gonna be a great night out. Great band, great friends, a great way to say goodbye to Rick. Did I say great? Adding a fitting outfit!

Well... they didn't play Oh What a Night..... But Oh, what a night it was! A band that seriously whips most of the circuit known to me, very good place to play in, and a very mixed audience. Hot and tight and sweaty, just like it was all those years ago... It was just what we needed, a celebration instead of some gloom, and boy did we celebrate! Not so much by ingesting the fluids provided by the establishment, but by the great music, the band with guest players and the ambience! Some very rare songs were played, Mystery Song in full, without the outro, DTIM, BTR and a storming Ring of a Change! Rolling home (76) came on as well. Two sets of pure happiness, and a lot of the best Quo-interpretions I have ever heard. A big and heartfelt Thank You also goes to Olle Östergård, who organized this event, played the harp as it should be played, and looked after things. A great night out with some long lost friends.... And the best way to pay our respect to Rick. I think he wants it that way...
