As I always will say, between 86-91, they put on good/great performances and delivered. Plenty more good/great performances after 1991 too... They were far more consistent between 86-91 Caroline and such just became stupid for a period after that. Ridiculous tempo and not all Jeff's fault

Ridiculous tempo and not all Jeff's fault That's around the time they started using in ear monitors too, may not be a coincidence that the tempos in many songs sped up around then. The fastest I heard was One Man Band, a fantastic track which was played far too fast...

The Army tour was the first time I saw them. And this prompted you to become a global mod on your own MB. Some of us will flounce.

Can we just take a moment to realise that Carl Trail (Rockin Nerd), claimed COPYRIGHT on this video Back on-topic; They was on fire around late 80's early 90's... many of their first gigs in '86 are shockingly bad, and thats completely ignoring how awful the sound was mixed. Whatever You Want without a doubt a great opener, but the rest of the setlist was mainly just the EOTR one, with Alan songs and Forty Five Hundred Times replaced with ITAN tracks. Their live sound around '89/'90 was the best IMO... The further into the 90's it got it was starting to sound to clean/crunched and empty. I think they was far better off without the in-ear monitors which came around 94/95. That's my take on it anyway I think we have to say that when Francis put those Lace Sensor's in his Tele that's when the sound became to clean.

Nope. Actually haven't. It's not good for the soul. Was going by what he used to say on the old MB. He came into my head when I played the video you left. Will never forget him and Teleboogie, laughing at the FF on the first night of the tour in 2013 and the disgraceful remarks he made about Alan's health and image. Or the whole, "that's not real Quo" shite he came out with. Utter bellend Back to the video...Yeah, like it's actually good. By any band's standards, it's very good but, it's not Quo. You can hear it and, oddly enough, you can see the audience aren't as into it as they were on the 82 and 84 tours The Army tour was the first time I saw them. my first gig too, dahn brighton.
