As I recall, they were pretty hot on recording devices and cameras in those days, so whoever managed to get the whole gig on a camcorder did a good job.

It's weird...
From what I've seen and heard, I'll always say they put in good performances between 1986 and 1991 but, even going by an amateur recording like that, you can just feel and hear something is missing.
People like that utter dickhead Fisherman, who used to abuse Alan constantly, regarding his health, looks and playing, should never be listened to.
Alan and John were very important to Status Quo

Some of us will never forget the trouble he caused, while openly admitting he enjoyed it. He also laughed at Alan's 'disability'. We didn't all just imagine that.

His favourite name for me was 'soldier boy'.

It's not good for the soul. Was going by what he used to say on the old MB. He came into my head when I played the video you left. Will never forget him and Teleboogie, laughing at the FF on the first night of the tour in 2013 and the disgraceful remarks he made about Alan's health and image. Or the whole, "that's not real Quo" shite he came out with. Utter bellend Back to the video...Yeah, like it's actually good. By any band's standards, it's very good but, it's not Quo. You can hear it and, oddly enough, you can see the audience aren't as into it as they were on the 82 and 84 tours

As I always will say, between 86-91, they put on good/great performances and delivered.

At 1.22.32 you can hear the intro of Little Dreamer of the Perfect Remedy-album which came out 3 years later.
