Some of us moan about the female backing singers on IYCSTH but IMHO this would have easily fitted on that album even upto the JS album as a Quo track (that never was). Yes it is poppy but very much Quoesque and I've always liked it. Maybe it's more to do with the stellar line-up?  |

Hi All, jim Did you or Anybody else actually order a copy ? The first 50 where apparently being signed by Bob. I ordered at the beginning of January also asked would I receive a signed copy ? Cherry records mail order manager e-mailed and confirmed I would, yet I now have the cd and no signature. 
Does anybody know if Bob would sign on the inside and if NO then how do I stand legally ? I know I can just ask for my money back but could I force them to obtain a signed copy as I was assured ?

I reckon they miscounted & only gave Bob 49 to sign & your order was the 50th in line!

i got one. i recall some kind of countdown when you ordered. i think it was saying around 18 remaining when i bought mine. anyway, it arrived, signed on the front in gold marker.
not bothered listening to it yet though.

Hi All, I emailed the record company on the 18 and had no reply so this morning I fired one off to their Mail Order Manager/Sales & Distribution Assistant. I got a swift reply but he just passed the e-mail back down to the Mail Order Assistant gain! who sent the following:-
Hi Geoff
Please accept my apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
It appears that you’ve received a copy of the CD that wasn’t signed by mistake. I can only offer my sincere apologies for this as I’m unsure how it happened.
Sadly I can’t find any more signed copies here in the office. As a gesture of goodwill, can I offer a partial refund of £5.00 to you?
If not, I’d be happy to issue a refund upon return of the CD.
Please let me know how you’d like to proceed, and once again please accept my sincere apologies for this.

To say I am unhappy is an understatement I would have thought the least these guys could do was either offer to have the one I received signed or just have Mr Young sign another copy...
Does anybody know how I stand legally with this ? Could I force them to honour what I paid for or do I have to accept what has happened ? I suppose one way around it could be to try and contact Bob Young directly and ask if could sign it any advice anybody.
