It would have said the same on acdc tickets. This is worth fighting to the bitter end. Remember what I said previously, I am taking this as far as small claims court if necessary. ..just the fact that it will cost them to defend it will give me some satisfaction...and I hope it publicises the matter more...will cost me 30 quid to do so..cheap for the craic if nothing else The difference with AC/DC is the band chose to offer refunds and told promoters to do so. Yes I understand that. But let someone explain that in a small claims court.

And so it goes on, a reply from Ticketmaster......." Thank you for your email. Regrettably we are unable to refund tickets unless a show is cancelled or postponed as per our terms and conditions which can be found on our website www.theticketfactory.com Sorry we could not help more on this occasion. Kind Regards Bethany Customer Services The Ticket Factory" Next i think I will try Visa, any more suggestions will be gratefully received. Its very sad but Quo without Rick (or Francis) just isn't Quo for me, and I've been going to their gigs since 1973.

I think some of you lot need to look into this a bit more. I'm looking at the back of some of my tickets here in Australia (I keep them), and they specifically say for both Ticketmaster and Ticketek...(I note it maybe different over there) "The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, seating arrangements and audience capacity."It would have said the same on acdc tickets. This is worth fighting to the bitter end. Remember what I said previously, I am taking this as far as small claims court if necessary. ..just the fact that it will cost them to defend it will give me some satisfaction...and I hope it publicises the matter more...will cost me 30 quid to do so..cheap for the craic if nothing else What happens when the court asks you for the evidence? Um, er, I sold them.

DQ-Send an email to Conor Pope, he's consumer affairs with the Irish Times and has a slot on RTE radio, he'd be the man to get stuck into this, heard him a few times on radio, he'd love it.!!

What about all that money spent on the Golden tickets? The front row tickets?? Scandalous! You'll have a great view of Richie Malone and John Edwards. Yeah , and a real close up of Rhino's stage presence ! ( ? )

The small print is intended to cover them for the change, but I wonder if they will be able to stand this up given that the ads relied heavily on Francis AND Rick, and it's the "last" tour of this kind ... SongKick don't have the authority to do anything, but someone out there does.
Meanwhile I await my tickets, and look forward to December, but with a heavy heart.
