I thought it inappropriate to post this on the other threads about the press release so I started this one...
It seems that Richie Malone is the preferred stand-in for Rick and Freddie has been sidelined, at least for the electric shows.
Thoughts?

Pfft, not arsed either way.
Only thing I'll say is, at least Richie is a fan and it means the world to him, even if I am against it
I personally can't stand the sight of the other bloke but, there ya go

That's it for me..Rick was my idol when I was young..I hate this acoustic crap..I think FR is trying to turn SQ into another ELO with the violins & cellos..The End & a very sad ending at that.

I remember an interview with Leon Cave when he joined saying that they wanted someone who wasn't a mega fan of the band or who was from a tribute band and wasn't that familiar with them. No disrespect to Richie Malone and good luck to him,what an opportunity,but haven't Quo done exactly that now ? Cheers
