Most likely no. It belongs to the seventies.

No, although they'd have more of a chance with that than pretty much anything released in the subsequent decades.

That begs another question... would any post 70s album have succeeded without the Quo name on it?

I don't think any classic 70's rock album could succeed now, as they all influenced what came later. All albums are of their time - what is truly timeless? I used to think Piledriver was, but it isn't. A good mate of mine was the original drummer in NWOBHM band Handsome Beasts. The other day he said this to me "When we started out as a band, the blueprint was clear. Lez Zep 1 & IV. Sabbaths Paranoid, Purples In Rock. They were the main ones, with Piledriver the next. Nothing else touched those albums or bands. When I saw Quo in 74 I knew then the type of band I wanted to be in. It was the attitude, the look and the whole no nonsense thing. I saw them many times in the 70's and lost interest when JC left. I never saw him slow down or speed up like Rossi says now. He's not a great drummer but he's a great drummer for Quo if you know what I mean." On the old MB I often tried to get conversations going about Quo's influence. I never got very far. In my view, without Quo the NWOBHM would have looked and sounded really quite different. For anyone watching Hyde Park the other day it may be hard to comprehend, but truly Quo were rock gods in every sense. Any new band wanting to succeed always needs to do something fresh, original and distinctive. Quo certainly delivered those things in abundance.

I reckon so... Probably be like Kings Of Leon
They were successful but blew up in the mainstream when they released more commercial records
If Quo did back then, today, I could see them being 3Rd on the bill at festivals and then headlining when RAOTW came out
However, if they market it correctly in Ireland, Aquostic 2 could be massive over here in Ireland.... Not lying, that kind of tripe is immensely popular over here. They'd be in with the Nathan Carters and Daniel O Donnells of the world

Nope, nor a hope in hell!
Many of our 'classic artists' wouldn't even get a recording contract today.
