Im not sure he would like its simplicity. Rather hide behind backing singers etc. Nothing simple about Delaney's Donkey or Rafferty's Motor Car Delaney's Donkey is crying out for the shuffle treatment.Rafferty's Motor Car was supposed to be on Riffs.

I was at Hyde Park, about 3/4s of the way back but behind/next to a giant speaker and within viewing distance of a giant screen. Mainly to see Quo but am partial to a bit of Madness and was surprised to say I enjoyed all of the other acts as well less the last one. Regarding Quo, everyone around me were immediately up on their feet (for the first time in the day)singing and boogiing although the majority weren't Quo regulars. It looked like everyone (including myself) enjoyed their set with many of the songs well known and all were encouraged to join in. Madness also a similar reaction, Elton came on and we were queuing along with thousands of others struggling to leave the park, not my and it appears many others' cup of tea. Thought Quo were good but would have been better with an electric set and obviously with Rick as well in front of 55k+. Got home and watched the 'catch up' on TV and thought that I was at a different gig, it sounded terrible so agree with those who only saw it on the TV but I can assure you that it was much better live.
