Just the best Quo gig I ever saw.
Train down from Didcot.
Belting hot day.
Although Budgie and Hawkwind were good, I just got the Ramones album and was heavily in to Dr Feelgood and Eddie and the Hot Rods at this point, and Curved Air and The Strawbs were not "my thing".
As for Quo, they really were mighty, 10/10, would have got 11/10 if they had played The Mystery Song!!

I was hoping they would play Mystery Song, as it had just been realeased as a single.

Quo themselves say it was the best gig they ever played. What do they know about it?
