What a shame he and others taken before their time can't be with us today. If there is an afterlife, I'm sure they will be there rocking and partying all night long. Happy Birthday Bon x

I moved to London in January 1980. I remember reading someone's newspaper at breaktime and saw the news about Bon (only a small column I think ). I blurted out "OMG Bon Scott's dead" and my colleagues said "who?". I was devastated. I'd seem them 2-3 times before. First at The Lanch (Lanchester Polytechnic) in Coventry and at Wembley Stadium when they were supporting in The Who.

I was talking to my brother-in-law who's over from Oz at the moment. He was saying that he drives past Fremantle cemetery twice a day on his commute and that he always sees fans going in and out to visit Bon's grave.
