Certainly sounds like a big muff or something on some solos he's playing recently

Yeah, live. There are certain solos that sound really harsh on the ears, like a Big Muff type sound

Nah. His guitar is shite. Not buying that...Even at the reunions gigs, his tone was fine and then he pierced the ears off me with his tone on DWMT. Completely different tone and sound. Very much like a big muff

I've still got problems with a unsecured drum in my washing machine. It has a very piercing tone during high duty/heavy load cycles at higher speeds phases of the wash. Harsh on the ears is an understatement

Eventually, the machine hopped across the floor (fortunately it was a concrete floor, not a wooden one) and expired, leaving some scorch marks in the lino. Those drums as ballasted with something very heavy, and once they start moving anything in their way gets squashed, including most of the works in this case. Thought you might like to know PS As far as I know, even Alice Cooper hasn't tried this effect on stage.

I'm not sure the floor would stand it
