Thought I would look and see how quickly the tour was selling out, sad I know...how surprised was I to see that the last ever night of a quo tour was being sold in half a hall...
Now for the Freddie's among you, just to let you know that the ff final tour in Dublin was in a full hall..
seriously half a hall on the last night...wtf does that tell you

At least we got ours in 2014 !

REO will boost the numbers more than other recent supports but I don't think by that much. They played as headliners in Glasgow a few years back at the Royal Concert Hall and the attendance was very sparse. They are support for a reason, they cannot fill decent sized venues themselves.

Yes Rick & Francis are awesome on the guitar , but the majority of people { I almost said fans } who'll attend wouldn't have a clue what they where listening to if they heard JTM/Railroad/Mystery song/Slow train etc . I doubt lots would even notice who's playing drums . The crowds who attended the STATUS QUO gigs 13-14 knew what to expect .

Last time i saw cq was when 10cc was the support band, only went because my spouse liked 10cc and it was cheap with national, there was 40 people on the coach only 8 was going to see quo the rest 10cc fans thay had the banners made up ect,got drinking and talking to the 10cc fans before the gig and all left the venue after 10cc had finished, that was at notts arena half full, stage moved forward, 10cc were great never liked them but live sorted,cq on the night was fast seemed to want it over with same old bland setlist, so how many was at that gig for 10cc alot in my opinion alot of empty seats after 10cc went off !
