Fuck me that's out of order that.
Whatever about the 200 quid AND 250 quid packages, 60 quid plus booking fee is a complete rip off.
Never thought I'd see the day Quo, in any form, would rip their fans off like that. Especially those who follow them all over the place
Rossi and Porter have some neck I'll say that much

£60 isn't that unusual for a major band these days.
Though it's a first time for Quo, I think. (In this country, I gather tickets are really expensive in Oz.)
I am going to guess that not all the seats will be £60. There are normally at least two levels in most halls.

I agree that £60 is probably usual except for Quo. What staggers me, is the front/hotseat/premium prices. At least on the reunion tour, if you got a standing ticket you could still get to the front if you wiggled your way through. I know the M&G were let through first to the barrier. But it didn't feel as segregated as this one does.

I am going to guess that not all the seats will be £60. There are normally at least two levels in most halls. When I used to do the UK tours, the most I ever paid was £35 or something like that. Sometimes even less. Value for money it was! Now, if I wanted to attend one of these gigs, I'd have to fly over and book a hotel before I'd even get to buy a ticket for a gig. 60 pound sterling = 77 euro. I saw the Dublin gig with the FF for 50 euro. I went to the Glasgow gig on the last FF tour too. Ticket for the gig, ferry over and back, plus the bus and accommodation was LESS than two tickets for the gigs on this tour. Don't know how they can justify it to be honest. 60 quid for the likes of U2, AC/DC etc, with their big productions and all, I can understand. Not for CQ though

I couldn't be bothered to go to a CQ gig if THEY paid ME £200. And that's the honest truth.

The Apollo gigs for the Live album were £3.50. The following year, the RAOTW tickets were £3.50. Two years later, the 1979 tour, the tickets were £3.50. That's what they should be today. Get tae fuck, Rossi.

Hi All, Well my daughter is off to see Adele in April at the NEC £115 for a cheap seat, but some scalpers have been flogging them for £24'000 apparently (According to the wiff) whether this true or not I can't say. But it wouldn't surprise me the way ticket prices are for some acts absolutely scandalous, mind you while people will keep paying these ridiculous prices they will keep ripping the fans off official and scalpers......
Geoff.

Good for working class lads to look out fans on benefits, low income etc...that Porter,Rossi and Parfitt are becoming odious in their greed..give something back you tossers, you've taken plenty down the years.
