It was 9 years ago today that Boston lead vocalist Brad Delp died. A bloody great voice.

Saw them at Cobo Hall in Detroit just before their 2nd release. The guitars sound was absolutely amazing. He was always one for getiing the sound just right.

I´d be hard pressed to find a better vocal performance than his on "A Man I´ll Never Be". Hard pressed also to find a better overall song for that matter. That is Boston and Brad Delp at their best. IMHO.
RIP Brad. You should, you brought us all some joy with your work.
