I was nosing around on Amazon just now and found this under product description
"The remix by John Eden really brings a fresh approach and life to these tracks - the band themselves loved these new versions and look forward to some feedback from the fans."
That's nice, positive and unexpected.
Its listed at the Deluxe Edition and out on 4th December. So we know its finally out for sure now. Yes, this might be old news to some but its the first time I've believed it will happen.

Some nice person sent me a copy....(can't think who now)....I may buy it as it's the official release or I may not....undecided.
I actually like the original RAOTW album and don't really understand why so many dislike it.....some cracking tracks on it.

Sometime I wonder if joining Quo fandom was a good idea. Totally distorted my view of the band. I certainly don't hate the later pre 84 albums as much as some on the other side. And I don't remember being disappointed with RAOTW at the time. In fact I think Blue For You surprised me more. And I think because of some of the less rocky tracks like the title track and ease your mind, I think. To quote Francis, "I can't really remember..." btw - my main reason for the OP was the comment that the band liked the remix and were looking forward to the views of the fans!

I wonder what's the Sound Quality of the live tracks (the Paris gig on Quo, and GGH from Dublin on Hello!)

I wonder what's the Sound Quality of the live tracks (the Paris gig on Quo, and GGH from Dublin on Hello!) That's what I'm waiting to find out as well. I have not heard any of the Paris Gig but I did have the dublin GGH given to me from someone. It's on Youtube as well here, if it still sounds like this then I won't bother as it's not that great. Though for a Bootleg from 1973 it's to be expected. If it's still as bad as this it would have been better to have taken the Audio off the 27 min Beatclub version as that's fine.

I was nosing around on Amazon just now and found this under product description "T he remix by John Eden really brings a fresh approach and life to these tracks - the band themselves loved these new versions and look forward to some feedback from the fans." That's nice, positive and unexpected. That quote is taken directly from the Quo official website. Here's the whole quote in full: ‘Rockin’ All Over The World’ was originally released in 1977 and contains the title track, unquestionably now the band’s anthem as well as a clutch of other stone cold Quo classics. Again mastered by Andy Pearce with Bob Young, this title now comes with a bonus disc featuring a new remix of the whole album by original engineer John Eden as well as 4 unreleased bonus demo tracks from the band’s archive. The remix by John Eden really brings a fresh approach and life to these tracks – the band themselves loved these new versions and look forward to some feedback from the fans!

I've got mine pre-ordered on Amazon. They have to translate it first into our language.

I received my two deluxe editions (Quo and RAOTW) on Thursday, the 3rd (one day before the official release)! On the other hand the Accept No Substitute DVD has completely disappeared from Amazon Germany! They just can't get this shite sorted out...

The RAOTW remix isn't available over here until late January. I pray to God they aren't remixing it for the American market again.

Thanks Kathrin. I've never used jpc before but I guess if I don't find the copy in any actual shop I'll have to use them. Still, why don't Amazon.de sell it?!
