Released as a single in September 2013 now eleven years ago.
What do we think of it?

I love this song. It really shifts, singalong chorus great stuff.
Had this been the first song released from Bula Quo there would have been far less controversy on the ild message board.
Going from the Frantic Four to Bula Bula Quo was far to much of a jump.
Frantic Four to GoGoGo would have been far more palatable

I like this one. It rocks along nicely and I love the guitar solo and 'eerie' keyboard sound during the chorus. Isn't this one of Rick's songs?
I've never seen the video before (I hated the whole Bula Quo project and ignored the whole thing) but it makes the film look quite good! It just shows that how clever editing can polish a turd!

I like. Especially when I'm frustrated with a situation I don't want to be in.

The only one that I heard from time to time from the album/soundtrack, but that finish...NoNoNo, stop it when the RAOTW thing begins.

Really catchy, some nice guitars. Pop rock done quite well. It's not what I like or want from the band but it went down live very well. I can't stand the RAOTW bit either

Ok on the plus side, I love the guitar sound, the riff and Rossi's solo is excellent. As mentioned, pop rock done well. The video is also good, at least the full one without the bloody Bula Quo clips. This and You'll Come Around were the only really good videos they made - the rest were dire silly school boy stuff. Anyway, the song is quite good IMO but will forever be tainted by the dreadful RAOTW finish and the connection to the worst movie released in the history of cinema.
Unfortunately, all this brings back bad memories of when Bula Bloody Quo came out on the back of the fabulous last reunion tour. God that was a terrible time to be a Quo fan - on a par with the whole Margie Time experience.

A terrific track from a criminally underrated album. One of the best videos the band ever made as well.
I know there are one or two hackneyed things in there such as the "Rockin...." outro and Andy's Bond theme keyboards running through it, both of which I assume are deliberate. But it just works for me.
I could be wrong but I think the solo was by Wayne Morris, although it was nicely re-created live by Francis.
The album will forever be associated with the movie. It can't hide from that. But if you look beyond Carry on up the Quo, you will find a few gems on there. This is one of them.

To be honest I always quite enjoy kicking back and watching the movie once a year whilst sipping on a Fijian iced tea...probably helps I've been to alot of the locations.
For the haters here is the video WITHOUT the movie inserts.
