I know this has probably been asked a million times before, but did Coghlan actually get round to playing on any of the tracks for the 1+9+8+2 album before he kicked his drum kit over in the studio?

Nothing was recorded with him on but he did go out to Switzerland in the very early sessions for what became this albums. I think it was during the tuning and setting up of things he had the incident with kicking the drums over or whatever happened.

I was hoping some demos are hidden in the vaults, but it seems like anything like that didn't get off the ground. Wishful thinking on my part. |
