A true Rossi/Young classic, the more I hear it lately, the more I appreciate it, so ok the MKGS production wasn't the best, but since hearing in recent times, Francis performing it on his Tunes and Chat Tour (and recording it on the mini CD release) and it must be said 'Quo Connection' do a cracking, slinky version of it 'Live' too, has really become a want to hear track when watching any Quo Tribute Band ('Quo-No!' nailed it last night too in Tiverton) One of those early years classics that Quo, obviously nearing the end of their illustrious career, could add to the Set list? The Rossi/Young writing partnership has always stood 'head and shoulders' above any other Quo writing combination for me

Interesting that, for all Francis tends to put down the blues on occasion, he often goes back to this one. There was a snippet of it in one of the medleys a few years ago and, as said, he plays it on his solo tour and has recorded it again as well. I'd love to hear a full band re-recording of it and it would work terrifically live. Maybe second song in. I'd go nuts

I like it but it's never been a favourite.
It's a bit forced, it's rossi/young writing a traditional blues song use using a well worn blues lyrics theme. It's Quo'd up quite nicely
Although I find the vocals unconvincing, the inventive lead guitar and great harmonica stand out

I am surprised this hasn’t been put back into the set as Francis enjoys playing it on his songs and stories tour. It did briefly come back in the proposing medley but was dropped quickly. Thought it may possibly have been included in the reunion concerts too. Maybe as it has a lead harmonica break maybe a bit problematic unless they got bob to appear and andy is pre occupied on piano.

I do like the QC version.
I wouldnt rank it as a classic Quo track but still good all the same.

What a song, one of my Quo "go to's".
Raw and perfect.
