I like to know from Australia. Sorry for the delay, was a busy weekend with friends staying! I think one of the best bits about Quo’s music is how it makes us feel and meeting up with the Quo family is always a joy! The gig itself was outstanding! The guys really stepped it up and it was brilliant. They played quite a few ‘new’ songs, the highlights of those for me were Drifting Away and Over The Edge. I also loved I saw the light and of course ROLD and DWMT are always rockin’. They did about 1:50 and they played with so much energy. I would have liked them to do Lockdown and No Return instead of a couple of songs that were not priorities for me, but they obviously tried to pack a lot in and everyone has different favourites. I hope you’ve been able to see some videos on Facebook? Although you never get the proper sound and atmosphere coming through….. The crowd there gave them a great reception and we were rockin’ all night!  |
