This is another thing that has bugged me about Quo reissues, why release 7" singles box sets and not release the 12" singles in a box?
They don't have to include singles that weren't originally released on 12", just reissue remastered versions of all singles that had a 12" release, maybe as a bonus they could include the withdrawn Fakin' The Blues, Too Close To The Ground & Naughty Girl singles on 12", just a thought.

I thought the 12" of Who Gets The Love was worth a listen, otherwise they don't seem to really add anything of great interest, imo.

An interesting concept. For the collector at least.
Quo were late to the 12" party. Officially anyway, with PYE releasing one in (I think) 1977. I don't think the first official Quo 12" single was until 1982 and Caroline (Live at the NEC). Even after that, they were intermittent and not all singles came out in that format.
So how many would a box set have in it? Just over a dozen maybe?
I appreciate the wish for these sorts of things but I also know they have a devaluation effect on some records that are worth something. Like Tokyo Quo for example. An official release of the Fakin' The Blues 12" would blow it's value out of the water.
Just thinking of the poor souls who forked out for the rare originals. Admittedly, never a consideration by those marketing such things.

Regarding how many in a box, it depends on whether they made them with a proper spine that has the name of the band and track on it, just like an LP, or if they released them in thin sleeves like the originals. Two box sets should do the trick, I'd certainly get them, especially for the extended version of Who Get's The Love? I don't think the Fakin' The Blues 12" would decrease in value as it's still an original unreleased pressing.

I just remembered that the CD bonus tracks from RTYD have never been pressed on vinyl, is that correct?

I just remembered that the CD bonus tracks from RTYD have never been pressed on vinyl, is that correct? Yeah apart from the edited Forty-Five Hundred Times.

That's a thing that I usually think of, but not just Quo, almost all bands who reissued the singles, they left out the 12" and only release the 7", which is a shame, sometimes.
Only I know Nirvana in the reissue of the Nevermind for the 20th anniversary, they released a 10" box set instead of 7" or 12", but even that was strange, as the B-Sides included more songs from what was released at the time.
For Quo it was reissued all the 12" mixes in the bonus LP from the second vinyl box (from 81 to 96).
