I actually quite like the AC album..... Never heard it, gonna check it on youtube now I'd never heard it until about 4 years ago.....it's not Quo as we know it but I don't mind it. Plus I've always liked Burning Bridges.....(it took me a long time to admit that).

rockinon, You have to judge an album on it's own merits and after listening to it completely! Just because you selected a couple of tracks you never liked does not necessarily mean the whole album is all the same. AC is like I mentioned Rockpop nothing more nothing less it was just Quo trying to stay with all the changes that were happening in the music industry at the time. No FF fans did not really like the direction Quo went but to be honest would they still be around and as popular ? You could say they re-invented themselves after all that bollocks of the split sadly Alan was no longer part of that future the rest is history......
Geoff.

Hi all , my last QUO album was also NTL if I remember , they'd lost the plot for whatever reason , the albums from RAOTW to NTL barely got played . I remember seeing Rossi and Parfitt on TOTP with Rhino and Jeff and thinking OMFG , { that was a real sad sight } younger fans just don't understand that feeling .

The last album I had bought was NTL. I still have no great familiarity with the albums in between, the closest being Heavy Traffic which I heard most of and it seemed pretty decent I suppose. So what album from the years between NTL and Hammy 13 do you recommend I listen to? What one will leave me least disappointed is probably the best way to put it. Yoy might be better off downloading the best few songs from UTI onwards , plus add some from RTYD Don't miss "shine on" from UTI If you want an album (and already have heard HT) then go for RTYD When RTYD came out I did a tape of it for three mates who used to be massive Quo fans but had given up on them. One really liked it, one liked about half of it, and one refused to listen !
