Sort of 'Yes' as the potential is still there, but also sort of 'No' as there's so much shit to get in the way.
I can't help feeling their efforts would be better focussed on a further reunion tour, if they're up to it.

I would like a last few songs from the FF to join the family of great music that began with Down The Dustpipe and ended with Riverside. As to the name and cover of the album, it should simply be a silhouette of the four of them as they look today, in gloss white finish, on a matte white background, with gold foil lettering Status Quo above and gold foil lettering Goodbye! below. And it should be released in vinyl format with a poster of the four of them stood/sat as they were on the original poster. You get what I'm saying I'm sure. Aye, that'd be the right way to go about it!

So what we calling the album then? Few suggestions: StudioStatus Quo - Back To Basics Status Quo - Underground Status Quo - Distorted Truths Status Quo - We Own The Twelve Bar Status quo - Misunderstood Live
Status Quo - How Are You Then, Alright? How about "The Real Deal"? As it would be their last album ( and with a nod to the Hello album) it should be called Goodbye.

I would like to think so, especially as Rick thinks Alan is still writing songs as if he was stuck in the 70's . Only worry would be that their last few albums togethor started the slide that I just didn't recover from. This resulted in at least a 25 year period where I just lost all intertest and didn't listen to any of their output at all. And yet, this new fan finds them quite good.

I think they'd make an album that I'd enjoy listening to and really enjoy and appreciate. I don't know whether it'd sell as good as any other quo album due to the general public not being aware of/caring as to what line up is creating the album. The majority of people downloading/purchasing songs just buy because they appreciate the songs.

I say yes, they still could've delivered a great album. If they did go to the studio after the reunion tour there would been just the four of them or five if you include Bob, with no keyboards. That would of been a good start. And judging by the songs they performed, would of been a great album, imo.
