Hmm, sort of.
This was possibly the first Quo track where the keyboards started to irritate me by getting in the way of a very good riff. That "whistling", for want of a better word, especially on the outro, is annoying. And unnecessary.
Otherwise, it's a good, fast singalong track that Quo do with their eyes shut.
6/10

This one is a bit like Shady Lady . Liked it back in the day but has drifted down my rankings over the years. It's become a bit of a skipper. Think mainly because it sounds like a Quo by numbers job to me nowadays. Better tracks on the album.

I'd forgotten there was a video for this - great stuff it is too. B-side to LOAI if I remember my 7" pic sleeve single - played it [Runaway] to death around Christmas '79 while I waited to get WYW album - happy days. To me it has that real almost-raw Quo sound - easy to know JC and AL are on there. Love it.

Love it. Great intro and great outro.
For me this was the worlds best ever b side. I got LOAI 2nd hand and the b side more than made up for the disappointment
As it has a video...suggests they wanted to put it out as a single.
