A light hearted thread.
Today, Hold You Back came on my ipod, randomly selected. I always want to jump when I hear it anyway, 'cos that's how they were on stage when I saw them live. Today I spent the entire 4 mins bouncing/skipping to it. Certainly got me out of breath and the circulation going.
Any other Quo tracks you think would be fun to work out to??

I think we need to see a video of this! Were you in a leotard? You could do for Quo what Eric Prydz did for Steve Winwood and Call on Me!

Think I would hold my back if I tried to bounce all the way through it nowadays However an excellent choice. I am going to suggest sit ups to a slightly slower chug along - In My Chair

Just Take Me must be excellent for spinning or skipping. Roadhouse Blues would be my type of running song.

'Like A Zombie' would be my choice for a bit of jogging on the spot and to put my ticker through its paces.

After I stopped playing football in my mid-40's, a Quo gig was the only exercise I got! But two hours or so of bouncing like a nutter, except during Army or Living on an Island obviously - that's when I put the calories back on at the bar . Hold You Back and Burning Bridges seem the obvious ones but if I really wanted to jig about, I'd jump on board that cattle-truckin' slow train But I'm liable to put me back out these days. 3 years without a Quo gig would presumably take it's toll
