Just been listening to it and I don't have my guitar handy.
It's the chord at the end of MOTT
Bmaj7 with an added note is coming to mind but, not fully sure

Is it the very very last chord you're on about or one of the preceding ones? If it's the very last, looks and sounds to me like a straight BMaj, although the chord in the vocal refrain preceding that final chord is a BMaj7 i think.
Doesn't help that Rick is playing an open G tuning (GGDGBD) with capo on the 4th fret, so maybe his chord isn't quite a straight BMaj, i'm not really sure. There's maybe a note in there that sticks out to your ears that Francis isn't playing, that maybe makes it a slightly different chord!

Without having tried playing along to it, I do know that Rick likes the odd "diminished" chord...?

Almost definitely an Em6. Borrowed chord (modal mixture/negative harmony) from the parallel minor. Used as a substitution quite alot by Quo. Hope it helps! Mr Pink Just been listening to it and I don't have my guitar handy. It's the chord at the end of MOTT Bmaj7 with an added note is coming to mind but, not fully sure
