Always really liked this one. Just as an aside, I always remember the song confused me a bit when I was a teenager. I'd bought Ma Kelly... and Dog of Two Head in the summer of 1973 (or rather my mum did for me ), checking Quo's back catalogue, as you do, after Piledriver and the gig in March had blown me away. A mate at school bought the PYE compilation The Best of Status Quo but I hadn't bothered because I thought I had everything on it including the Dustpipe and In My Chair singles. Then he played me this! And no matter how I tried (no t'internet of course) I couldn't find out for ages which album it had come from. It was only later I found out it was released only as a single. He taped the song for me on to a C30 cassette. I never owned an official copy until Down The Dustpipe (another PYE compilation) was released in 1975. Anyone still awake?

Only latched onto Quo this classic well after I bought On The Level, Quo, etc...geez they were exciting times as a Quo fan back in the day, hey, ...just sensational seeing them strutting out on stage through the fog then straight into Juniors Wailing. Best live band ever.
