Taken from the Broadcast Master, with some further editing by myself, comes a live performance of the Roadhouse Medley from the Glasgow S.E.&C.C. 11th December 1989 show.

The sound is great!
How much of the gig exists?
Does the start of Roadhouse exist?

The sound is great! How much of the gig exists? Does the start of Roadhouse exist? Just the 1 hour Radio Edit of the show. Full show tapes would be wiped several days after the initial cut down radio broadcast to free up the tape for something else, unless it was acquired by the band / record label. Caroline Roll Over Lay Down Little Dreamer / Perfect Remedy Dirty Water Whatever You Want In The Army Now Rockin' All Over The World Roadhouse Medley (From the Medley onwards, shown above) Burning Bridges Bye Bye Johnny (incl. Rock And Roll Music, Sweet Soul Music, Let's Dance and Shake Baby Shake)

I was at that gig. Strangely, it sticks in my mind as not one of the better ones. Must've been the mood I was in Ta for that though. Great sound.

Very nice! This lineup was awesome. Fantastic energy! Thanks for sharing! Strange how opinions on bands and music can vary so much. I remember going to see the band on this tour purely out of loyalty to Andy and Rick, I can't even remember where now it made such an impression on me. But the shocking tempo was desperate. Jeff Rich was such a Fehleinkauf, I remember thinking Francis looked bored, Rick vaguely embarrassed and Rhino was still trying to prove he was better than AL. It was such a relief when Matt Letley arrived.

fuck me that was bad! a far cry from the band I first saw just 10 years before, or even the EOTR band just 5 years prior to this offence to the senses. the crowning glory on this pile of pooh has to be the murdering of Roadhouse Blues. very, very sad to hear

Is it some sort of rock not roll record playing 3 cover versions within a cover version?
