It's too slow - not something you could often accuse the Quo of in 1996!

Thanks - nice to see this, just wish it was a little better quality picture wise.

Good stuff, I always found May and Gilmour great players but sort of without soul, give me a drug crazed Hendrix, Clapton or Richards any day of the week...or an Irishman like Gallagher.

The audio was a Brian may B side I think.

Are Rhino, Andy, and Jeff on this one too? If so, you could say it's a Quo recording featuring Brian May?

Very enjoyable, for once Jeff plays well. Francis must have been the spare wheel on the wagon in the recording session though, Rick and Brian had jammed together so many times on Munich weekends and could play to each others strengths and weaknesses even when sober.

Are we sure this is Quo circa 1996 with Brian May? I mean its so far away from what Quo were producing at the time (the decade!!). Ironically, it is Jeff that carries the tune and I have to say the only track I have heard that I could say that for all his input with Quo. Its a great sound. I really enjoyed this. Give me more of this over 90's Quo anyday.

Says produced by Pip Williams engineered by Tim Summerhayes So knocked out in the same session as Raining In My Heart, and maybe earmarked for the Don't Stop album? - or maybe it wasn't, and it was always going to be a Brian track.

I vaguely remember it being mentioned in the 1995 tour programme that they had recorded it with Brian may for Don’t Stop. Along with Saturday Nights alright for fighting (not with Brian May)

Both "F.B.I." and "Raining In My Heart" were recorded at Allerton Hill Studios. Brian plays Lead Gtr, Bass Gtr, Drums and Keys on both of these, with Rick and Fran just tracking their Rhythm parts.
