Rick looks like he gained a fair bit of weight after the 20th Anniversary tour, albeit at the time he was still grieving his daughters death and on the verge of a failing marriage.

Never seen that before, many thanks DQ, always a nice little surprise when a little unseen (to me anyway) gem - however good or bad, surfaces from time to time, cheers!👍

Isn't it amazing when we look back at an interview from 37 years ago and realise that POMM (excerpt played at the start) was only 14 years prior to the interview!!! It must have looked like ancient history to Frame and Rick at the time.

I bet they got sick of seeing it Rossi walked out of an Old Grey Whistle Test interview in '76 or '77 when they showed the clip

If you don't want to be in that situation, don't be a pop star! Insecure little show off.

Rossi really did cling onto the long hair until he squeezed every last penny out of it.

Christ, that's a bit touchy! If you don't want to be in that situation, don't be a pop star! Insecure little show off. Within seconds of the first verse he says "fuck it, I'm going" I have seen that interview with Bob Harris quite a few times. The one with Rick and his Kevin Keegan shirt?! They were in good spirits (!) in that interview and the more curious thing really was how softly spoken they were in those days, especially Francis. Had to listen hard to hear him clearly. The same with the Pebble Mill interview. Francis seemed pleased to see the clip of POMM at first, probably hadn't seen it for a long time. Then did that mock/fake horror thing, that celebs sometimes do, when seeing his old stage clothes or hair or whatever it was that he was embarrassed about. The interview was over anyway.
