Perhaps a bit of a clickbait title but hey ho...
I don't get this "you can't judge a song on a sample" argument.
I did that with the 8 or so QPQ tracks I hadn't heard prior to its release and didn't miss out. I've done it for loads of albums and have later found out that songs I pre-judged were nothing special. Samples are a good indication of what songs are like, IMO.
They aren't randomly selected either, which is why you never hear a nothing part of a track. Similar to why Backbone and Liberty Lane have been released as singles, they are chosen to maximise sales for the album.
They seem to be the most commercial sounding tracks and are of a decent quality.
Cut Me Some Slack and Get Out Of My Head sound good but aren't Radio 2.
It's probably no coincidence that the other tracks are just samples at this stage.

I listened to a couple of the clips but couldn't be bothered to hear them all to be honest. I prefer the live versions I've heard of Liberty Lane on YouTube. Backbone the song is ok but a little irritating. But regardless of that I'm still looking forward to hearing the album. I didn't think we'd ever get another Quo studio album so it's a bonus in my eyes.

Do we have any running times? Backbone seems suspiciously short. I wish they'd stuck a middle 8 or guitar solo in there, unless it actually is a single edit. ("That's a Fact" was a single edit, the album version has a bass solo)
