I always thought Status Quo missed out when book time came. The band who toured since 1967 onwards surley had more to tell than anecdotal snippets about drum kits on TOTP. Would have liked to read about what's it like to have musician as your job, what's touring like in different countries? They saw and experienced so much.An example.I saw them at Greenwich in 2010 and in between songs Rossi just chuntered away saying "Last time we played Greenwich we played the town hall with The Animals".They could have done a well thought out A-Z type book of gigs, venues, bands etc without recycling old stories.

There’s an opportunity for Mr Porter...Denim bound limited edition issue of ‘Rhino’s Tour Log’.

Never too late. I know that Rick isn't with us any more but I believe a certain documentary film maker has hours of recorded stories which weren't used in the film. The other members are still with us.

IMO the biggest missed chance in recent years was for a decent version of ROLD on the Reunion tours... imagine the crowd at hammersmith when Quo hit the opening bars to that!

Another missed chance was Ricks solo career in 1985.
He had so much potential to be massive.
A powerful voice, he had no boundaries when it came to music genres and obviously an excellent guitarist...
The thing is though, from a current point of view it's hard to know what would have been a massive hit from Recorded Delivery during the 80's. I'd say either Don't Give It Up or Only Love (Can Break Your Heart)
I wonder why Rossi got to release 2 singles, and Rick didn't even get the opportunity to release 1
