Cheers for that.
I guess the American remix material on the WYW disc2 is basically the stuff that was on "Now Hear This" release?

Now Here This Mixes?? YEEEESSSSSSS!!!!!!!!! Not heard those. I take it from your reaction they're good then?! Well, Living On An Island feckin' brilliant compared to the version we got. That's about it, I don't see why the full album has been included but, when only 4 tracks were remixed.

If the Live tracks from the Mainz concert on Disc 2 of the On The Level Deluxe CD, is of the same quality as the Southend tracks I'll buy it, but if the quality of the tracks are of that of the Paris L'Oympia from the Quo bonus disc, I won't.

On The Level and IYCSTH don't sound very interesting. The other live tracks are probably more poor bootlegs. While IYCSTH Is all demos which are of varying condition. WYW sounds interesting though.

If the Live tracks from the Mainz concert on Disc 2 of the On The Level Deluxe CD, is of the same quality as the Southend tracks I'll buy it, if it is of the same quality of the Dublin gig from the Quo bonus disc, I won't. It's an FM recording, but not to the quality of Southend, although it's very raw like Southend, but it's far from the quality of Dublin or Paris Olympia.

I've never heard the album straight through, though.

Apart from the Now Hear This tracks, extremely but not unexpectedly disappointing. Another live bootleg and demo's of a lot of crap songs that went on to become b-sides for the ITAN singles. Aside from the excellent RAOTW remix, this has to one of the worst sets of "deluxe" cd's for any artist.

Yet again, anything FF-related dumped in the graveyard slot for sales. No doubt so we can be bombarded with Aquostic 2 later in the year.

Ah cool. Thanks for letting us know. I've wanted to hear the different WYW mixes from that American release for a while now, so will be getting that one. I will probably get all 3 actually, have not heard some of the demos on Heat, but yeah as others have said above, the extra live tracks from Mainz with On The Level really needs to be better quality than the Quo and Hello live extras. I'm sure I remember Teleboogie having this on his site, and I'm sure it was one of the better sounding ones, so could be ok. I wouldn't expect as good as Southend though.

I meant the full 9+ minute original take, that was cut into the 5 minute take on the album. The intro was a heavy shuffle, with guitarsolo's going into the intro we all know. According to John Eden the master tapes are still out there, like the RAOTW tapes that John Eden turned into the remix as released on CD2 of the RAOTW deluxe edition.
