Apart from Heavy Traffic, which you can tell from the sound is 99% Rossi/Young the other side of the single would be empty.

I have heard them but think it speaks volumes, I have never felt the need to hear i5 again. He’s at best a below song writer in Quo terms. Even John has been credited with better song writing credits.

I think his best hour of music (from last 30 years) would be quite close to the best of Rick or Francis during this time. All three could put together a very good rock album of the best stuff.
What's harder with his Quo songs is his co-writer credit. You don't really know how much he did. eg Shine On sounds very, very Rick to me

I can't analyze it, but Rhino was like Rick's catalyst at times, the person who encouraged him to write.

Yes, and Rhino has also written a few good songs with Francis He has generally tried quite hard to push for a heavier and more rocky sound over the years , plus more setlist changes. For all his detractors, he’s contributed about as much quality as the others and has tried to please the fans.
It’s not his fault that his influence is limited. The shock of him being in the band, coupled with the bands horrible change in direction , has resulted in him kopping the blame / being disliked. But nothing Quo did was ever his choice , fault or decision.

Bad News is about it. Republican has to be one of the worst songs ever recorded. My dog could howl better than that.

What about Andy? I'm stuggling to think of key songs he's written since 86. I can think of Figure of Eight and Green, what else was there?
