Arguably one of the better performances from the road crew for a while - although lost a lot of their vim since the 70's . Never been the same since they haven't had to untangle leads and chuck the odd stray fan off stage . Road crew by numbers

They all got sacked for a fiasco(I was there)at Hammersmith Odeon on the NTL tour..could have been 1982 though.

It was on the NTL tour.Ian Jones sacked them,I remember Parfitt trying to join in on Caroline and the mic came of the stand.It wasn't really obvious because NTL was the loudest Quo tour I remember and I mean loud enough to actually push you backwards.There was a small bit about it in the London Evening News the next day.
ROLD was incredibly loud as was the Rossi guitar part before BFM.

Some shocking vocals from Richard there... I think the problem is that he is still in harmony mode as opposed to singing the tune to cover for Francis 😉
